Hey Friends,

We keep hearing the same thing from our clients right as they're getting ready to sell:

"I wish we'd done this sooner... we could've been enjoying it for years."

A little more storage in the mudroom. That fence finally fixed. A room repainted the color that makes it feel twice as big. Small things that get pushed to "someday," and then only happen the week before the sign goes in the yard.

Love The One You're With is our way of flipping that script.

It's a complimentary walkthrough we offer to clients and friends we've worked with, not to sell your home, but to help you fall even more in love with it, starting now. We'll come by, walk the space with you, and creatively brainstorm the best ways to tackle the little (or big!) things that have been on your mind. Whether it's a nagging issue, a fresh update, or a full redo, our years of renovation experience mean we often have ideas and resources that are more attainable than you'd expect.

Think of this as a creative consultation. A chance to breathe new life into the space you already cherish. Added bonus: it's a great excuse to catch up.

A quick rundown of how it works:
We visit your home to spark ideas as your creative co-conspirators. There's no fee for this. It's truly on us. We share our trusted network of vendors to help bring your vision to life. We don't hire or manage your project. You're the director of this show. We stay available afterward as a sounding board if you have questions while you're completing the work. We don't judge, and there's no need to "pick up" before we arrive. Your home, your real life.. we get it.
